1:1 Program — Terms & Conditions

 

By enrolling you agree to the following terms:

 

Refund Policy

 

I want you to feel confident in your investment. If you decide this program isn’t right for you, you’re eligible for a full 100% refund if:

• You request it within 14 days of purchase, and

• You have attended no more than 2 sessions.

 

To request a refund, email hello@fizzyginger.co.uk. No refunds will be issued beyond these conditions.

 

Missed Sessions & Cancellations

• Sessions will begin promptly at the scheduled time. If you’re more than 5 minutes late, it will be considered a no-show.

• Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will also count as missed sessions.

• Missed sessions are not refundable or replaceable 

 

Recordings

 

You’ll receive a recording of each session, available to download for 7 days after the session. Please download them promptly, as access will not be extended.

 

Telegram Support

 

You’ll have access to Telegram support in between sessions (excluding UK public holidays).

Support includes:

• Asynchronous feedback on your progress

• Answers to questions about the program

• Strategic nudges to keep you moving

 

Responsibility Disclaimer

 

This program is designed to help you create a more spacious, streamlined business, but results depend on your implementation and effort.

 

There are no guarantees of specific income, client numbers, or outcomes. Your success depends on your unique business, decisions, and follow-through.

 

By enrolling, you accept full responsibility for your results and agree not to hold Fizzy Ginger liable for your business outcomes.

This is a collaborative process. I’ll show up fully to support you, and I ask that you do the same. Respect for each other’s time, energy, and boundaries keeps this container safe, impactful, and full of good energy.
